Autobiographies • An autobiography is a text written by a person about themselves. • An autobiography can be written by anyone, but who are they mainly written by? • Celebrities – musicians, actors and actresses, film makers, people who want more fame. • Human interest figures – politicians, religious people such as Ghandi who has an autobiography. • Normal people – people like you and me who want to share their stories
What is the purpose of an autobiography? • The reasons people have for writing about their lives are different: • Money • Fame • Want people to know their story or struggle • Pass down to younger generations • They are important figures in our society and WE want them to write about their lives!

Victoria Adams, Posh Spice, and I married on 4 July 1999, in a ceremony at Luttrells town Castle in Ireland. We have three sons: Brooklyn Joseph Beckham born 4 March 1999, Romeo Beckham born 1 September 2002, and Cruz Beckham born 20 February 2005.
On 13 June 2003 I was awarded the OBE and on 1 July 2003 I joined Real Madrid.
