These process is repeated in different class.
MONTHLY TOUR DIARY Under Rashtriya Bal SwasthyaKaryakram • After Login First Step is Entry in MONTHLY TOUR DIARY and plan for next month for visiting of School with Date by Date. • In MONTHLY TOUR DIARY N choose the visiting place like School or Anganwadi center than select ‘School Name’ or ‘Anganwadi center Name’ under selected login Block Name. • After Completion of above steps than enter Visiting Date and type your Visiting Place name in second column, Vehicle No., Driver Name, No. of Team Member for visit on selected date than enter Starting Time or Reached Time on Visited place.
Referral of Rashtriya Bal SwasthyaKaryakram In “REFERAL ENTRY” pageinitially on selection ofSchool or Anganwadi, Year, Month, the screen opens enter Student’s Name, Gender, Class, Age, MCTS Id, Mother/Father’s Name, Contact No., Janmjat Vikriti, Bimari, Vikas Sambandhi Dosh, Kishor Awashtha Vishisht Awashtha than Any Other disease, Referred Health Center and Remarks, These process is repeated for every student whose referred by visited team.
