Private Pilot Licence (PPL) program in Delta, BC is divided into Ground school and Flight Training provided by Insignia College. The ground school will give you the required background knowledge and understandings to successfully challenge the Transport Canada written examination, while flight training and solo practice will furnish you with skills required to succeed at the flight test.
