HARE Programme Where we are today • HARE is at the programme initiation stage • Strategy paper published • COMT35 supported, in principle, the establishment of a HARE Programme • Recommended that Steering/Monitoring be performed by AFSG • Steering Group Terms of Reference Discussed with AFSG

HARE Programme Steering Committee • The Steering Group will review and give advice on the approval of the: • Programme Management Plan and its subsequent updates; • Programme Risk Plan and its subsequent updates; • Resources required, and the impact of resource limitations; • Programme Strategy document and the other key deliverables of the Programme; • Progress and cost performance; • Start of each programme phase.
HARE Programme Next Steps • HARE proposal will proceed through internal appraisal and stakeholders consultation • PMP and Business Case • Risk management • Steering Group to review PMP, etc.
