Red and Brown SRL a fost infiintata in data de 10.01.2011 si are la baza experienta practica dobandita de elevi , avand calificarea tehnician in gastronomie. • Alegerea firmei partenere nu a fost intamplatoare deoarece fondatorii firmei de exercitiu de-a lungul pregatirii lor profesionale au colaborat cu firma-mama, aici desfasurandu-si activitatea practica, avand posibilitatea de a urmari modul de desfasurare a activitatii intr-un restaurant. • Desfasurarea activitatii firmei de exercitiu presupune munca a 13 persoane calificate ca bucatari,barmani, chelneri-ospatari cat si in domeniul economico-administrativ.
