Energy NDT/MRO market is dominated by large enterprises that win the majority of the tenders • Lack of skilled technicians there are not enough high educated technicians • Strict government regulations The existing regulations have become stringent to cover a wide net of industries which has resulted in an increase in the amount of inspections that need to be done, irrespective of financial constraints. • Old infrastructure that needs to run in full capacity A high level of maintenance is required to preserve these assets and run them at full capacities.

How Does it Work? • Contracting: • Each member looks for local tenders to bid on with the support of the Affiliates • The local member and the Affiliates jointly prepare the bid response (technical & financial) • Subcontracting: • According to the bid requirements engage the relevant member as subcontractors

  12. Business Model • Each member will pay percentage (up to 10%) of revenues generated from work performed as a subcontractor of the alliance • Each member pay percentage of revenues (up to 2%) generated from work performed as a contractor of the alliance • One time registration fee
