  2. MANAGING YOUR CHAPTER • REGULAR EXECUTIVE MEETINGS • REGULAR WEEKLY & OUTREACH MEETINGS • CHAPTER REVIEW/EVALUATION MEETINGS • CHAPTER BUSINESS MEETINGS • FUNCTIONAL COMMITTEES • ANNUAL ACTIONS WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH FIELD REPRESENTATIVE

Must be held within one week after Meeting. • To ensure objectives for meeting were achieved. • To ensure planned programme was on track. • To ensure performers delivered to standards. • Send a ‘Thank You’ letter or Card to Main Speaker. • Please note to give the Speaker reasonable honorarium immediately after the Meeting. CHAPTER REVIEW/EVALUATION MEETING:-

Chapter Review/Evaluation Meeting Actions to take include: • Evaluate the Main Speaker • Counseling Director to coordinate discipleship class • Membership Director to review and report on members who were absent for follow-up action including planned visits to the sick and ‘submarine’ members • Prayer Director to review and report on prayer requests and direct prayer action • Treasurer to give an Income & Expenditure statement on the Meeting • Treasurer confirms payment of all bills and tithe to National Office or issue checks in settlement

Chapter Business Meeting Attended by registered members only The Agenda must include: • Report from Sector Field Representative, who must be present at least once a quarter, on International, National and Sector matters and developments • Review Report from the Chapter President on Chapter performance against set targets • Report from Vice-President on Training and Seminars • Reports from Directors or Chairmen of Committees • Report, supported by Financial Statement, by the Treasurer • General Discussion and Resolutions

  6. ANNUAL ACTIONS • GOAL SETTING • ANNUAL BUDGETS • ANNUAL ELECTIONS (OCTOBER) • APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS OF COMMITTEES • MEET ALL NATIONAL FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS – (TITHE, MAY FUND RAISING, ANNUAL LEVY, MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION)

  7. MANDATORY COMMITTEES • Prayer • Counselling – (New members & Follow up) • Membership – (Visitation/Welfare) • Meals • Ushering • Protocol & Hospitality • Voice & Literature • Business • Publicity

DISCIPLESPLESHIP/NEW MEMBERS CLASSES • Each new Member must be given a copy of “Now that You have Received Christ” by the chapter • Use that booklet “Now that You Have Received Christ” for the Discipleship/New Membership classes • Teach them also “what a FGBMFI member is” • Each person must be taught and be baptisedin the Holy Spirit • Each new member must acquire copies of “The Happiest People on Earth” and the “Super ALTS II”

ELECTION OF OFFICERS (CHAPTER LEVEL) • Elections are held annually – October each year • The Sector F/R supervises the elections • November and December are used to prepare the New Executives to take office in January the following year • The elections are based solely on prayer and the guidance of the Holy Spirit • Ladies do not vote or hold any executive positions presently • Ordained ministers do not hold any executive position • Only members (men) in good standing are eligible to vote • Every registered member qualifies to stand for any office of their choice • National Office must be furnished with the details of the elected Executives by the middle of November
