Users included: 201 USDA, 105 DOJ, 19 DOC, 20 Treasury, 72 DHS, and 86 others • Completed Build 2 updates on website which include new data sources, such as PMSO, EmpowHR, enhanced Build 1 reports, new common reports, and enhancements to infrastructure (PACS Redesign). • Continue working on Administrative Billings and Collections System /Treasury Offset Program pending data model revisions • O&M Stabilization • Assessing proficiencies of data loads and daily processes • Monitoring and tuning system performance • Conducting data validation audits • Working on system change request, and enhancements to reports and dashboards • Internal training for Contact Center resources • Insight two day training Builds 1-2 scheduled to be held on May 13-14, and 15-16, 2014 also July 22-23, and 24-25, 2014 in Washington, DC • Insight next Forum Office hours will be held on May 28, 2014 • None
