Mission and Goals • The mission of the Office of Institutional Research and Program Assessment (OIRPA) is to compile, maintain, and analyze institutional and other data to support the operation, decision-making, and planning functions of the College • Goals: • Provide reliable and accurate statistics for internal and external consumption • Provide data support for the College’s planning process • Develop evaluation plans and instruments for outcome assessment • Conduct in-depth survey research and analysis • Coordinate external reporting for the College (e.g., US News and World Report, The College Board, and Princeton Review)

Staff and Expertise • The OIRPA consist of four staff members: • Director, assistant director, graduate assistant, and college assistant • Reports to the vice president & provost for academic affairs • Expertise: • Economic policy analysis • Psychometrics • Program evaluation • Market research • Database management • Advance statistical analysis
