ESTABLISH A TIME LINE • Establish a calendar • Allow enough time • Develop a communication plan • Develop a resource list • Assign responsibilities
DETERMINE WHERE MONEY COMES FROM • Study previous 12 months of income • Create a list of the ways money comes in
CALCULATE A BUDGET GOAL • Determine pathway of money • Decide % of each pathway • Decipher a per capita amount • Ask for people goals • Compute the projected budget
