GaPSC AFI Frequency Report • Results of a frequency count of AFIs cited for Standard Two from 2007 – 2011 as recorded in the PSC Decision Log 062211. • Highest Number of Citations: Candidate assessment data are regularly and systematically collected, compiled, aggregated, summarized, and analyzedto improve candidate performance, preparation program quality, and professional education unit operations.

Standard 2 Standard 2: Assessment System and Unit Evaluation The unit has an assessment system that collects and analyzes data on applicant qualifications, candidate and graduate performance, and unit operations to evaluate and improve the performance of candidates, the unit, and its programs.

We mostly do well with data collection, aggregation, traditional assessments, and reporting. However, the challenge is to use assessment data to make meaningful plans for improvement, then implementandevaluate those plans.
