  3. WE BEGAN LOOKING FOR A TENANT FOR THE BUILDING IN MARCH OF 2005

  4. WE FOUND TYCO/ADT SECURITY TO LEASE THE ENTIRE BUILDING IN JULY OF 2005

  5. WE WERE REQUIRED TO TURN 32,000 SQ. FEET INTO A CEMENT BASIC STRUCTURE BEFORE OUR $3.2 MILLION TURN KEY DEVELOPMENT FOR TYCO/ADT SECURITY…

  6. THIS REQUIRED REMOVING ALL THE PREVIOUS FLOORING, CEILINGS, WALLS, DOORS, ELECTRICAL, HVAC, & LIGHTS…

  7. DEMOLITION WORK TO BE COMPLETED

  8. AND SO… THE PROCESS BEGAN

  9. EVERYTHING WAS REPLACED WITH ALL NEW SYSTEMS, PARTS, AND MATERIALS FROM THE HVAC / TO ELECTRICAL / THE CEILINGS / WALLS / FLOORING, ETC…

  10. First Class Finishing from Drywall, to Anti-Static Flooring to Air-Conditioned Computer Rooms as per Spec and Architectural design with our Partner Stavro Melathopolous
