After the expiry of the contract with Xerox, the city administration issued a tender to appoint a provider of document management solutions that could also fulfil mailing capabilities • Xerox won the tender to supply a Managed Print Services (MPS) contract for 4 years • Automated franking and enveloping allows the mailing process to be handled in-house and thus be fully controlled by the client • The printing site functioning more efficiently, as all processes are easily controlled • The customer benefits from a 25% reduction in their printing costs • Xerox provides a complete MPS solution to the customerwhich includes the installationand maintenance of 140 Xerox devices including a wide-format machine • In addition, Xerox provides mailing capabilities to the customer by introducing franking and enveloping equipmentto the client’s site • One Xerox operator supports this contract at the customer’s printing site Cost reductions, mailing capabilities and increased efficiency of the printing site
