Highlights 2H 2012 • Resolution ballot finished for P1800 (SystemVerilog)– approval achieved • 11 entity balloters • 90% return rate; 90% approval • First Resolution Ballot for P1801 (low power) • 21 entities in Ballot Group; 95% return/approval • Second Resolution in progress • On RevCom March agenda • Draft spec almost finished in 1735 WG • Revised PAR for 1637 being developed in WG

  5. Plans For 1H 2013 • Expect NesCom approval of P1801 (low power) • First Ballot for P1735 (encryption) • Expect approved revised PAR for P1647 (e language) • Potential new PAR from Japan • “LSI-Package-Board”– under discussion

Design Automation SCConstituency, Reach & Benefits • Constituency: Producers of electronics devices and their vendors • Reach: Nearly impossible to find an electronic device that was not developed using at least on DASC Standard • Benefits • Industry: global electronics industry is enabled by DASC Standards • Users gain the benefits of modern electronics
