Decreased in Participation rate was due to the following reasons: • 67% of the population belongs to the farmers and land tenants, 14%-fishermen, 18% engage in entrepreneurship and self employed and 1% are working in the government • Only 4 families have business outside the brgy. • It has only one license teacher residing in the barangay.

A. PROJECT VISION: “Alay Mo, Kinabukasan Ko” is a program that caters underprivileged and out of school children to be in a child-friendly learning institution that will: • develop their mental, physical and spiritual well-being; • inculcate the value of education, love and generosity that will led them to be responsible and progressive citizens in the community. • inspired and mobilized generous people, FPTCA, Local Govt. Unit, BEC and Religious sector, NGO’s to be the soul part of this project.
B. MISSION OF THE PROJECT: “Alay Mo, Kinabukasan Ko” …..bring back all the underprivileged and out of school children to be in a child-friendly learning institution; assist their needs and develop their potentials and to be value oriented, loving and responsible children through competent educators and generous community. . . . .
C. OBJECTIVES: • A. Basic and Quality Education • Increase enrolment by 5% from 111 to 160 • Raise Participation Rate to 100% • Zero- out Drop out Rate • Increase Achievement Rate by 5% • B. Effectiveness and Relevance of the School • Strengthen parents and community–school relation. • Sustain the pupils interest in school. • Create a Child friendly School Environment.
D. Focused Strategies • Conduct Survey on Pupil and Family Status • Macro & Micro Analysis • To find the plausible causes of pupils absenteeism and dropping • Presentation of Facts to Stakeholders • Collaborative Conference Writeshop • Conceptualization of project • Fund Generation • Solicitation • adoption • Launching of the School’s Project • Distribution of school supplies to the first batch of recipients.
Invest School-based TLP • Initiate a team teaching approach. • Make a performance record sheet parallel to the score cards • Require each pupil to have a portfolio of assessment • Introduce the ff. initiatives : • PAA ( Parent Assisted Assignment) • APAW (A Poem A Week)to acquaint beginners of the English Language • WRAP ( Weekly Reading Assignment Project) Sat& Sun. Assgmt Proj. • SWABI (Science Weekly Assignment Based on Instruction) • “G2 Mo Sa Math” (Galing Galing Mo Sa Math) Contest or Game approach in teaching Mathemetics • PPTRS Pupils Performance Tracking Record System • Conduct a close supervision and monitoring of these initiatives
Accomplishments • 15.3 % increased of enrolment in S.Y. 2006 -2007 • 99.8% participation rate attained • 10 pupils were brought back to school • 3 pupils transferred inn • 100% of the recipients earn from vegetable gardening.

F. Major Challenge Sustain the project for 6 calendar years with out EXCUSES. Through : Income Generating Project of stakeholders Such as: • Vegetable gardening • Managing a school canteen • Train the beneficiaries for entrepreneurship “Little Businessmen in School”
