MUSIC HALL RENOVATION • A development management agreement between 3CDC and MHRC has been drafted. • MHRC board approved the agreement on 4/8/13. • City Council approved a revised lease agreement on the building between the City and MHRC. • 3CDC board is expected to approve the development management agreement this Thursday.
