  1. Histology Observations View each slide Label all structures that appear in your notes (goblet cells, chondrocyte, lacunae, matrix, apical layer, collagen, etc.) *Know one specific example of location & function for each tissue you observe.

  2. Using lineless paper and using pencil to create your initial sketches… 1. Divide each page into 2 sections. Each page will contain TWO DRAWINGS. 2. Make a sketch for each lab station you visit and attempt to CLASSIFY each tissue 3. Label all structures that appear in your notes (goblet cells, chondrocyte, lacunae, matrix, apical layer, collagen, etc.) 4. List one specific example of location & function for each tissue you observe. 5. Color your drawings ACCURATELY to denote the appropriate stains on each slide. 6. Final titles, tissue names, and location/example functions should be in INK.
