  5. Develop A Strategy for Reaching the Lost • A. Identify Pre-Christian • B. Train witnesses • C. Invite friends to church (79 – 86%) • D. Invade the ripe fields

  6. 8) Age – grade your Sunday School • 9) Call out and train gifted leaders • 10) Intentionally start new units

  7. 11) Every Teacher… • Teach the Bible from the Bible • Model Kingdom commitment • Lead your class to give birth to new class • Mentor new teachers

  8. 12) Every Care Leader… • Regularly contact every member • Lead class in prayer for needs • Organize for physical response • Disciple new believers

  9. 13) Every Outreach Leader… • Lead class to pray for Pre-Christians • Build relationship with Pre-Christians • Invite Pre-Christians to SS & church • Witness to Pre-Christians
