  2. Application Procedure * Remarks: The interview is applicable to non-final year undergraduate students completing Term 2 in CUHK / receiving internship training in Hong Kong only.

Application ProcedureSubmit Application Form • URL to online application form • Non-final year undergraduate students / Postgraduate students and final year undergraduate http://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/webform/index.php?sid=79797 • Deadline: 23:59, Jan 22 (Sat) • Do not submit the form in last minutes to avoid heavy traffic • Late application will NOT be entertained

  5. Application ProcedureSubmit Academic Report • To: gip@cuhk.edu.hk • Subject: GIP 2011 – Academic Report • Name the file with your Student ID, e.g. 0123456789.pdf • Deadline: 23:59, Jan 22 (Sat)

  6. Application ProcedureSeek Recommendation • Recommendation form downloadable at www.cuhk.edu.hk/osa/gip • Referee must be CUHK staff • Referee to return the recommendation form to OSA direct • Attn: Ms. Sara Lai • Deadline: 17:45, Jan 26 (Wed)

Application ProcedureSelect Interview Timeslot Applicable to non-final year undergraduate students who complete Term 2 in CUHK / receive internship training in Hong Kong only • Registration for interview • Date: Feb 9 – 11 (Wed – Fri) • Online • The interview will be conducted in the week of Feb 14 • Different panels for: • Year 1 students • Year 2 or above students

Application ProcedureAttend the Campus Interview Applicable to non-final year undergraduate students who complete Term 2 in CUHK / receive internship training in Hong Kong only • Date: Feb 14 (Mon) – Feb 19 (Fri) • Duration: Around 30 minutes • Format: Group interview with questions in English and/ or Putonghua • Different panels for: • Year 1 students • Year 2 or above students • Details will be announced in due course
