Drum, NY • Deployed to Afghanistan with Long Range Surveillance Detachment 2003-2004 • Instructed at Noncommissioned Officers Academy • Commissioned through Officers Candidate School 2007 • Deployed to Afghanistan with Infantry unit 2009 • Patient Administration Officer for on post health clinic

Eligibility • Applicant must be a U.S. citizen • Be enrolled in or have a letter of acceptance from an accredited medical school • Maintain full-time student status • Qualify as a commissioned officer in the United States Army Reserve • Minimum of 24 MCAT (8 in each category) • Minimum of 3.2 GPA (undergraduate)
Obligation • Active Duty obligation is one year for each year you receive the scholarship • Payback begins after you complete residency
