Vice President’s Report1-Oct-08 • Summer Activities • Map of all GSA’s to Grad programs • Contact with 100% grad programs, trying establish new MA LER GSA • Revamped the Group Grant application process • Created new web pages to facilitate groups related activities / information dissemination • Reworked GSA attendance/sign in process and voting procedure • Initiated Constitution and By Laws review committee (need members) • Verified last year’s actual spending : Deficit brought down from about $21,000 to less than $10,000 in spite of increase in total number of awards disbursed

Vice President’s Report1-Oct-08 • Current Activities • Group registration process – SALD / Officer information • Oct 25 Workshop, 10-2pm, 127 McMicken – Agenda to be sent out later, Look for attendance survey • Help! – MIA - Economics, Fine Arts, Nursing and Physics GSA’s • Bearcat Transportation System committee • Constitution review committee • Diversity committee; Princeton Review ranking 19/20 in diversity • Planning November social event for graduate students
