  7. Activity 1 - Quickdraw In pairs – • Choose one person to be the drawer/questioner • The other person takes one picture card and has to describe what they see (but not name it) You have TWO minutes starting… What skills does this task develop?

  8. Activity 2 – Bubble Bubble • This activity allows children to observe an air bubble travelling through different liquids. They see how this varies, depending on how thick (viscous) the liquid is. • They are encouraged to explain their observations…

  9. Activity 3 – Make me a duck Simple instructions – Odd numbers = PULL, Even Numbers = PUSH More complex instructions – 1 = PUSH, 2 = PULL, 3 = TWIST, 4 = BEND, 5 = SQUEEZE, 6 = You choose which force to use! What skills does this task develop?
