  2. 1) Rehabilitation of O/D Plant - All divisions may please send the report every friday to misbsnlekm@gmail.com. 2) Inspection of Exchanges – Inspection of exchanges, O/D plant, Wi-fi Hotspots etc may be done so as to achieve the target and may be uploaded in inspection portal. 4) EMS – Monthly evaluation of staff marketing activities to be done by the divisions. Controlling officers may show the EMS performance of each employee in the sunrise meeting to motivate others. 5) CDoT Capacity reduction – to be completed before 31.07.2019. For Pending exchanges click here 6) Information security Audit – All DE(Txmn) may submit the signed copy of the pending transmission systems audit report urgently to AGM (OP). 7) Transnet Updation – All DE (Txmn) may complete it immediately.
