  2. I. Cadre institutionnel • Secteur de l’électrification scindé en 2 segments depuis la réforme en 1998: • Segment 1: SONABEL (opérateur traditionnel); • Segment 2: ERD (FDE créé en 2003)

  3. I.1 Présentation du FDE • Création: février 2003 par décret • Principales missions assignées au FDE: • Appuyer la mise en œuvre des projets pilotes d’ERD • Faciliter l’accès des populations rurales à l’électricité • Assurer la préparation technico-économique et la promotion de l’ERD

  4. I.1 Présentation du FDE (Suite) • Les organes du FDE: • L’Assemblée Générale Annuelle des Parties Prenantes (AGAPP); • Le Conseil d’Administration (CA); • La Direction Générale (DG).

  5. II. L’Approche Coopérative • La démarche d’électrification contient 3 phases: • 1ère Phase: Études préliminaires (phase d’organisation pour la création de la coopérative); • 2ème Phase: Travaux et MOOD/ACA; • 3ème Phase: Exploitation.

  6. III. Les Acquis de l’Approche Coopérative • III.1. Acquis sur le plan organisationnel: • Responsabilisation de la population; • Formation et Sensibilisation des bénéficiaires en santé, protection de l’environnement;

  7. III. Les Acquis de l’Approche Coopérative (suite) III.2. Autres acquis: • Bilan 2004-2005: 5 localités électrifiées; • Bilan 2006: 5 localités électrifiées; • Bilan 2007: 13 localités électrifiées; • Création d’activités génératrices de revenus; • Amélioration des conditions de vie et de travail des populations (santé, éducation, téléphonie, etc.); • Réduction de l’exode rural, etc..
