Over the course of the school year, students will improve their EPAS reading performance by an average of 2 points as measured by bi-monthly assessments. • EPAS is not able to be given frequently enough to use as a measurement tool…need a formative assessment • Time could be an issue • How many students? All? Just those not proficient? Need baseline data
