Not that fall doesn’t have its charms, but that sudden temperature drop can take some getting used to. Thankfully, Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill has just the thing to ease you into the colder months—a well-stocked bar. Whether you’re looking for places to eat in Meridian or just dropping in for a happy hour, try one of the following selection of drinks, practically guaranteed to keep you toasty! Cocktails There’s nothing quite like a tasty mixed drink to help you enjoy a meal or happy hour out. Bee’s Sting Without a doubt the most pleasant Bee’s Sting you’ll ever get.   2. chili-infused honey and Ancho Reyes Ancho Chili Liqueur is just the right blend of sweet and heat. A squeeze of fresh lemon finishes it all off. Shanghai Nights Another eye-opener, this beauty starts off with Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin, accentuated by Thai basil, a hot pop of fresh jalapeno, and a snap of ginger, all smoothed out with fresh lime.
