  2. Video Conferencing Survey • 19 Questions • 23 Institutions Responded • Covered desktop, room based video and support • IT Professionals were the majority of those responding to the survey.

Not surprising given the focus of the Quilt and Working Group in general. This trend will also continue given the integration of video into communications platforms. The interoperability required with other platforms is evident in the numbers and why we’ve been discussing those solutions. Lack of responses is an Indication and why a lot of interest from our user communities. Lifesize has An upgrade coming for Skype Interop, but at lowest common denominator.
