LVS Consulting deliver the N-Allo IC 7 project in Belgium. This project represents a value of 500K Euro in Services and is delivered this fiscal year N-Allo is the outsourced contact centre business of Electrabel. N-Allo requested us to implement their new contact centre and integrate this with the SAP solution of Electrabel This project is an AIC 7 project with 700 Agents, the first controlled Introduction of AIC 7 in EMEA
