Cordova is an open-source framework for building hybrid mobile applications by using web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It was developed by Apache. The application will run as a native application both on iOS and Android platforms. On top of the Cordova platform, we can use various third-party plugins to do things like access the device's camera, microphone, geolocation, etc. These are very useful in developing mobile apps.
