Particularly challenges • NCDs has a sharp increase • Resource limitation and Rising costs for urban health care • Parallel efforts in implemental organization • Mass migration of population according to poverty, disaster, war and etc • Variety of ethnicity • High percentage of young people with high risk behavior • Poverty • Change in lifestyle • Increase in minor stress
