The Oregon K-12 Literacy Framework was • Designed by the LLSSC • In partnership with ODE Literacy Leadership State Steering Committee (LLSSC)
The Literacy Framework is aligned to recent and current Oregon initiatives that improve reading.
The Board adopted the Framework as guidance for the state, districts, and schools to collaboratively support student acquisition of the Essential Skill of Reading that is required to earn an Oregon Diploma. The Framework is Standards-based Guidance to Support the Essential Skill of Reading
