  4. How do you decide on a piece of equipment? Is it new on the market You have used it for years Only professional staff can decide Only the budget holder can decide If somebody likes a particular item we purchase it

  5. how do we make sure that the equipment we are supplying really meets the needs of the end user ? Who do you involve in the purchase of equipment?

  6. Professional staff Delivery/collections driver Warehouse/Maintenance Budget manager The end user Is it a standard piece of equipment? Is it a special piece of equipment

  7. Specialist piece of equipment Is it a bespoke one off How do know it will meet the end users needs Have you tried other options
