The campus-wide, enterprise portal for Students, Faculty/Staff, Applicants 75,000+ potential users 50+ modules/channels Peak usage during first week of classes: 31,000+ unique users 106,000+ logins 450,000+ page requests 1,000+ concurrent users My UW-Madison My UW-Madison is the campus-wide portal is available to all students, faculty, staff, graduate and undergraduate applicants. There are over fifty pieces of content available. It is the only place where students can register and get their grades and where staff can get their earnings statements. The portal gets substantial use throughout the year although the peek usage is at the start of the semesters. On the peak day during the first week of class this year we saw over 31,000 users log in a total of 106,000 times. Almost half a million requests were served. In the early afternoon we saw a peak of over 1,000 users logged in at the same time.My UW-Madison is the campus-wide portal is available to all students, faculty, staff, graduate and undergraduate applicants.     5. Views are merged The view that a customer sees is personalized based on their roles and attributes in the University Directory Service. For example, if a person is a graduate student teaching a class, they would have the student view (because they are enrolled), the facstaff view (because they are an employee) and the instructor view (because they are teaching).
