Theoretical Basis According to the tradition Chinese Medical Theory, there are almost 7000 acupoints and 60 nerve zones on our feet, and these have direct connections to our organs through nerve and blood vessels. Therefore, feet massage can relieve fatigue and has keep-fit functions. The design of ancupuncture insoles is based on the theory. The insoles have projections on the surface according to the distribution of acupoints, and the size of projections are depends on the bearing capacity of acupoints.
