Wolfpack Spring Flag Football League $95 Approved for distribution Spring 2010 Practice begins in late March Games on Sunday afternoons April 11 to June 13 (301) 300-5114 Open to Boys and Girls Ages 4 and up Flag Football Divisions Cubs: 4-5 years Pee Wees: 6-8 years Junior Varsity: 9-11 years Varsity: 12-14 years SuperSenior: 15 and up These materials are neither sponsored nor endorsed by the Board of Education of Montgomery County, the superintendent or this school. This league will emphasize fun. All kids play. Family friendly Sunday afternoon “picnic” atmosphere. Teams may practice twice a week in preseason and once per week during season. All games held at Shady Grove Middle School, 8100 Mid-County Highway.SFA provides jersey and mouthpiece. Players provide black shorts and cleats. In consideration of the acceptance of this registration, I agree that neither the St. Francis of Assisi Church nor its Coaching Staff assume responsibility for accidents resulting from my child’s participation in the league and that they shall not be held liable, jointly or separately, nor be held responsible for medical costs, or any other costs, for any injury sustained while participating in the Wolfpack Spring Flag Football League. I certify that my child is medically fit to participate in the Wolfpack Spring Flag Football League.
