  3. 2006 CSET Changes • Include additional procedures for inpatient pricing using DRG methodology • Abdominoplasty • Rhinoplasty • Breast Augmentation • Rhytidectomy • Disable the selection of Inpatient location for procedures that are “outpatient only” • Update Multiple procedure section to accommodate Botox, Electrolysis, and Scar revision pricing

  4. Selecting Procedure by Location Prof fee and facility costs are determined by the selection in Step 3. Step 3 Select where procedure will be performed

  5. Selecting Quantity Step 5: Select Quantity. There are three options. Only use if botox injections, hair removal, or scar revisions will be performed.
