Goals of Structural Analysis Meeting • Structural analysis of 2 mechanical concepts combined with coils based on the integrated and non-integrated poles in view of converging in a common collared coil design. • Status update of the FEA at CERN and FNAL • Give an idea of the feasibility and understand the limitations: • Understand the mechanical concepts • Stress level in the coils and cold mass components during the magnet assembly and operation at cryogenic conditions • First impression of sensitivity for mechanical tolerances • Realistic parameter sets • The purpose of this meeting is not to make any selection at this point.
