  20. In order to obtain final clearance to use band C for FWA in the UK sharing analysis needs to be completed on existing services. There will be conditions. Andy Gowans - UK RA

  23. Studies so far indicate that some of the technical measures proposed will satisfy the most requirements of RTTT, FSS and ENG-OB users of the band. But there may be some operational restrictions on all the services involved needed. Other services Andy Gowans - UK RA

Looking to open this band for Fixed services on a light licensing basis Working towards a fully electronic interface with as near immediate approval as possible Interface will be simple and will allow batch processing May have instructions on how to licence systems as mandatory in equipment.
