  3. GRAVA is a membership organization dedicated to providing educational opportunities for, promoting the professionalism of, and strengthening the leadership of volunteer organizations and programs in the Richmond area.

  4. Member Benefits: Free admission to 5 Breakfast Workshops and year, which provide training on topics such as conflict resolution, stress management, ethics, recruitment and retention. Free admission to 4 Breakfast Roundtables meetings per year, where best practices in the field are shared. Discounted admission to GRAVA’s annual Professional Development Conference. Eligibility to apply for professional development scholarships for training and materials. Monthly e-newsletter featuring great ideas, tips, recommendations, and resources.

Eligibility for the prestigious Volunteer Engagement Professional of the Year award for best practices in volunteer management.
