Benefits of SR LMS • Create your own training system: • Create assignments (presentations, science exercises) • Create questions or surveys to make sure staff has understood the material • Create development plans (quarterly, yearly, etc) and assign to staff • Easily track for completions for both the employee and the facilitator

Open Discussion and Questions • Some Comments on Editing Permissions: • All Facilitators will have Editing permissions, which means that ANY page within the SR LMS or SR TestSub can be edited or accidently deleted. • Suggestion: • Create a folder on your local directory and save any pages HTML code within a Word doc or TXT file. Thus, if page gets modified or accidently deleted, you can quickly recover the page.
