International Trips • Why: The most effective facility for the candidates to explore, understand and engage in intercultural facilities • When: Best Dates: Sept, October, April, May $ Summer • Whom: Leaders, NGO, Media, Law Enf, Think tanks, Academicians, elected officials, etc. • Who: Directors, Volunteers (Long term relationship)

Candidates • Has to know PII and Hizmet movement. • Leaders, NGO, Media, Law Enf, Think tanks, Academicians, elected officials, etc. • For sincere friendship, organize trips with ABM Candidates 2-3 times • Form the new groups by consulting to your ABM Candidates • Thematic trips are another argument to persuade our candidates

  4. Presentations • Turkey Trip Presentation • Turkey Trip Orientation

  5. Pre-Trip Preparations • Mention Turkey Trips during programs | Ex: Cultural Nights • Free TR tickets 2-3 per year. • To give gifts related to Turkish Culture • Advise to read books about Turkey and Hizmet Movement. Give book as a gift.

  6. Post-Trip Facilities • Reunions • Advisory Board Membership • Project partnership • Leonard Petlakh/ Kings Bay Y/ Young Peace Builders • Invitation to facilities • Asssign a person • Do not forget to celebrate important days, and sending gifts. (Ex: Christmas, Thanksgiving, mothers day…)
