  3. Format • 20 slides • 20 seconds per slide • 6 minutes 40 seconds total (not including questions and answers) • Images on slides

  4. Advantages • Advantages • Hands-off because slides are on timers • Short/condensed • Coherent • Precise • Vivid (because of pictures) • Easy to get audience’s attention • Pictures are tied to what the presenter is talking about • Easy for the audience to remember what the presenter said

  5. Disadvantages • Difficult to fit everything in to 20 seconds per slide • You don’t have the PPT to help you • Audience has to listen carefully • No room for interruption • Finding good pictures is difficult • Require more rehearsal • No room for improvisation or ad-libbing
