AEC MISCELLANEOUS STUDIES AND DESIGN TASKS FOR THE MARSHALL SPACE FLIGHT CENTER Requirements: The A-E services to be provided under this procurement consist of field investigations, research of existing building drawing files, engineering studies, final designs, construction documents, calculations, cost estimates, and other A-E services for the following described efforts: • Cost studies and engineering feasibility studies for large Construction of Facility (CoF) projects as well as small locally approved projects • Preparation of final design documentation for miscellaneous modification, rehabilitation, new construction, and repair projects ranging in construction value from $10,000 to approximately $50,000,000 • Preparation of designs to meet the requirements of the United States Green Building Councils Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program

Program Description: The Department of Energy, Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) may have an on-going requirement for scientific, engineering, technical, professional, financial, and administrative support services to assist ARPA-E in its mission to enhance U.S. energy and economic security.
