Key Areas of Impact • Visitors • The “facility locator” feature is the most popular • Navigation • A number of Health Encyclopedia topics include cross references to the hospital comparison reports • The topical landing page approach is popular and provides new navigational paths • Devices • Newer technologies have emerged that make support for mobile devices possible in a standardized way

  8. Plans for 2017 • Activities that are planned for 2017 include: • Focus groups that Tyler has/will discuss • Renewed attention to website visitor analytics • Additional surveys on the website • Gradual website improvement and re-design

Analytics • Google Analytics • Detailed Log Reporting • Can target specific pages or visitor behaviors and report on them • May require some re-coding, so planning is important • Examples: • What is the most popular Health Plan related search? • Can we characterize visitors that are interested in appendectomy indicators?
