  2. Assignment • Be more clearly about the specification of Xe detector’s Readout. • Test boards for the first ASIC are coming soon. (tomorrow?) • Simulations (GEANT4, GATE etc)

  3. How to be more clearly. Purifications? Ionization signal is low? Gain wants 100 times or variable ... suggestion.. Preamp x 10, Shaper x 10. TEG • Clarification of the problems about prototype or Xe detectors. • More quantitative Not yet.

  4. How to test “the ASIC” Especially, Amplifier all channel (8) switches • At first, “Functions” must be checked. • Second, “Cooling test” is cool. Not yet. It must be enough to test at normal temperature

  5. For the functions test • Maybe I can do this by the setting now in use.

  6. For the cooling test • Tolerance to the low temperature of materials. • Cooling system.

  7. Simulations • Geant4 do well. Picture shows run-sample “example N07 sample.mac”. Cautions: Upgrade geant4 and gate: geant_4.9.1.p02 -> geant_4.9.2.p01 gate_v4.0.0 -> gate_v5.0.0

  8. LXe detector(optical) • at first, novice N02 & N03 • energy deposit

  9. Simulations • GATE is ... I got some advices from a GATE user: Due to his advise, it maybe installed. But, benchmarks have not done well yet.
