  2. Connect to Columbia Server • Citrix • Web based application • Runs SIRxs on Server

  3. SIR or SIRXS • SIRXS icon takes me to SIRXS ATC and DBs • SIR icon takes me to SIR2002 ATC and DBs

  4. ATC (Air Traffic Controller) • Central Location for Connecting to a DB • User and Password Authentification from Citrix • See only the appropriate databases

  5. Counting Database • Central Location for DCC Database Info • New Databases Registered

  6. Export SIR2002 DB • Rename Export file: JCP to JCPXS

  7. DCC Import DB Tool • Use DCC drop down from SIR session • Standard DCC Tools Available to all DBs • ‘Import database’ Handles Conversion to SIRXS

New SIRXS Database • Extract new DB name from Export file • Rename database in new Export file • Remove password for SIRXS in new Export file • Make database folder on the Columbia server • Import file, creating SIRXS database • If SYSTEM.ALLCALL exists, run it • Otherwise, create new default PQL screens • Call DIALOG.MAINMENU to see what you got • Register database with COUNTING
