  2. Registration • Enter your billet • Choose a unit

  3. Permissions • Select Permissions • Submit

  4. List of Nominees Rank of Nominees Date Award Created Originating Unit Orig. Award Current Status

  5. Filters Previous Award Filter By status By name By SSN By date By Award Type

  6. Character Limit

  7. “Browse” button brings up “Choose file” menu

  8. Use the “Upload” button to save the document to the document list.

  9. This is the History and Comments page, where you can see everything that has been done to this link, and where it has previously been.

  10. Click on where it says Create Board

  11. Enter the name of the awards board. Then click submit.

  12. Choose members of the board from a list of users and submit.

  13. Enter search info to get details on award.

  14. Use the “Filter List” on the “Archive” tab to find awards which have been approved already.
