  3. How is heroin made Heroin? • Heroin is made from the poppy flower, commonly found in Asia/the Middle East

  4. How does Heroin get distributed ? • In the united states heroin is illegal to sell/posses. It is smuggled over the boarder in Mexico and shipped via ship from Asia.

  5. Who typically uses Heroin? • About 200,000 Americans are classified as heroin addicts. • Average age is 22 and male.

  6. How is Heroin used? It can be smoked, drank, injected, and snorted.

  7. What will happen if I use Heroin? Heroin use often results in premature aging, blacking out, and delusions.

  8. How addictive is Heroin? • Heroin is EXTREAMLY addictive. • Most people that use once use again.

  9. How does Heroin affect your body? Heroin is an opioid, and it has the effects of a depressant, but is not classified as one. The main organs that it effects are the brain, heart, liver, and kidneys Heroin can sometimes lead to fantasy/delusions
