Euro (3,2 Mio. Euro/km); • Announcement (for two Lots): October 2010; • Start of construction: April/June 2011; • Construction time: 26/25 months; • End of construction: May/June 2013.

Tentative cost: 250 Mio.Euro Lot 3 (Blagoevgrad – Sandanski) will be constructed in the next programming period 2014-2020. Design Lot 3 in year 2011; Tender procedures for construction and supervision of Lot 1 and Lot 4. Announcement: Winter 2010/2011 Start of construction: Lot 1 - July 2011; Lot 4 – September 2011 Construction time: 23/22 months End of construction: May/June 2013
