  3. Introduction Adobe Metal Productsis a leading manufacturer of all types of sheet metal panels based in Bangalore. The company incorporated in 2008 as Fabrication unit for parent company Ampere Power and Automation Technologies Pvt Ltd, to focus on Sheet metal fabrication. Adobe Metal Products serves fabrication requirement to various leading companies like ABB, GE, Siemens and AREVA

  5. Infrastructure The Factory is located in Bangalore (Peenya Industrial Area) with a shop floor area of 18000 Sq ft and office space of 2000 Sq ft. We have a total employees strength of 50 which includes Engineers, Technicians and Administration staff Customised ERP system (SEED) is in use which integrates Manufacturing, Planning, procurement, Quality control and Stores activities, The Accounting is handled through Tally package version 9.2 The Engineering is supported with Autocad version 2006

Plant and Machines CNC Turret punch 45 stations (Make Amada: AC255NT) AC255 NT is a SERVO Based machine which is latest in the series of punching machines with a capacity to load up to 45 tools in Five different stations which ensures very fast completion of jobs with highest degree of accuracy. This is protected with SERVO stabilizer for protection and quality input supply (400 punches per minute with a pitch of 1 inch and 900 punches per minute for marking for a pitch of 1 mm)

The unique design features eliminate time consuming set-up procedures such as shimming and tool alignment. The Amada press brake utilizes a centrally located primary cylinder that ensures parallel beam deflection and uniform bends
